This information is sought in order for Mr A.E. Martin to launch an appeal against his convictions.
To pre-empt any attempt by Cambs Police to seek a reason not to provide this information, please note that I am not working in a group with Mr Martin or anyone else.

Brian Pead removes consent to be policed (again)

Dear Sir Henry,

Re: my arrest on 15 August 2016

We have been in communication with regard to this unlawful arrest.

I have been bailed to appear at Plumstead Police Station on 03 October 2016.

I have written to the Prime Minister (in her then role as Home Secretary) in which I removed my consent to be police as I do not commit criminal acts.

Since I do not consent to be policed by an organisation which - in my experience and that of Mr Anthony Edward Martin - is institutionally corrupt. In fact, add Baroness Lawrence to that list.

I do not intend to visit Plumstead, so may I suggest that you call Simon Bailey and arrange for him to effect another unlawful arrest upon me. (Please note that Mr Bailey, the Chief Constable of Norfolk Police) is always in the media complaining of cuts to police budgets, but he manages to find half a dozen constables and any number of vehicles to arrest me, who never offers violence or resists arrest. You might like to write to Mr Bailey seeking clarification on his deployment issues. As you will know, there was a small army of police constables at Bleak House in January 2016 after Mr martin's arrest. It is evident that Norfolk Constabulary has significant issues around deployment of personnel and other resources. I write also to inform you that Lorne Green, the Police and Crime Commissioner for Norfolk is failing to respond to my lawful, polite and trenchant letters and emails.)

Many people have commented that it seems rather co-incidental that I was arrested just three days after asking you to write the introduction to my latest book TONY MARTIN: THE TRUTH which exposes police and judicial corruption. Please note that I always use the words "corrupt" or "corruption" within the bounds provided to me by Professor Phil Scraton of the University of Belfast. We have been in communication with regard to the issue of police corruption (as at Hillsborough, a football match which I have informed you I attended.)

It is clear that the government is failing not only to address my Official Complaint made on 31 December 2013, but also to compounding those complaints.

You are invited to visit that website and enjoy the nonsense written there. But at least the website makes clear that the Home Office has been persecuting me since 2006. Meg Hillier is, I aver, complicit in a cover-up of not only child abuse in Lambeth, but in my unlawful dismissal as a counsellor from Off centre. The director known as Nicola Noone, committed perjury at my trial in Southwark Crown Court in 2009, as you will have read in my book FRAMED!

It is evident that the Privy Council/ Home Office/ MI5/ Scotland Yard have adopted a policy of trying to run me out of money by now interfering with my Teacher's Pension - as I have informed you, they claim I owe them £25,000 when in fact it is they who owe me the money I paid into the scheme for 20 years or so.

I am still currently homeless and brought this to your attention months ago - in fact within a week of my being released from prison where I was held unlawfully.

When we last met on 11 August 2016 at your constituency office in London Road, King's Lynn, you acknowledged that the Restraining Order issued against me in November 2011 was made in error - as a barrister, you would, of course, be expected to know that. However, when I asked you to write to my daughter, son in law and grandchildren to inform them of the truth, you refused to contact my family. This is nothing more than perverting the course of public justice. You know the truth and yet will not disseminate the truth. I refer you to Charles Peguy, the French author: "He who does not bellow the truth when he knows the truth makes himself the accomplice of liars and forgers."

It is evident that the reason I was unlawfully arrested on 15 August 2016 at Gaywood Library (without being told why) was to create yet another false narrative - that, I have since found out, I am supposed to have breached the Restraining Order which you have previously declared on several occasions - with and without witnesses present - is invalid and which was made in error.

Clearly the "authorities" want to imprison for a sixth occasion when my innocence is known.

I refer you to the Minutes of my meeting with retired Detective Chief Inspector Clive Inspector (who read my banned book and corroborated it) on 09 March 2015 (two weeks prior to my unlawful imprisonment for 24 months after you sent Christmas cards to my family (who, of course, never received them - part of the game of smoke and mirrors and illusion as practised by certain MPs/ police/ judiciary) in which the retired DCI stated that I have been persecuted by Scotland Yard for 10 years (and vicariously my family) and now, it must be stated in the public domain, you are perpetuating that abuse and persecuting with your refusal to inform my family of the Truth.

I am driven to conclude that anyone - of whatever rank or status in society - who diverts from the Truth or who distorts the Truth (whether by omission or commission) must be complicit in the cover-up of child abuse or be participating themselves in it. The man on the Clapham omnibus would arrive at such a conclusion given all of the facts.

It is not acceptable to keep the Truth from my family; nor is it acceptable to have me arrested on a whim but, that said, I await my next arrest by unthinking constables following orders as the SS guards who rounded up the Jews and placed them in gas chambers.

If policing is REALLY by consent, please accept my notice that I do not give my consent to be policed. I have no wish to go to Plumstead Police Station. I have no business with the police. I have signed no papers. I have no papers given to me alleging any offence. Any visit, therefore, would be redundant - unless, of course, the Home Office want me back in prison for a few months while it covers up yet another misdeed against me and my family.

I am fully aware (as are other intelligent people whom I associate with) that at present there is a 'parallel course' being operated on here: (I) you wrote to Tony Martin in a letter dated 11 may 2016, that I have been the "victim" of a number of miscarriages of justice and yet (2) the authorities are doing all they can to continue to interfere in EVERY aspect of my life.

May I remind you that until the age of 56 I had no convictions, and only after reporting child abuse in Lambeth, did I receive four.

Like those who went to Hillsborough - they were only attending a football match, I was only doing my job.

I trust I have made my position clear. Please either confirm or deny your membership of the Privy Council.

Please find attached a copy of the Foyles website which shows my forthcoming book TONY MARTIN: THE TRUTH, which you have kindly agreed to write a Foreword to.

You will see that a rogue employee at the Home Office/ Scotland Yard is still trying to perpetuate the myth that I am a convicted sex offender.

I do think it's in order for you to contact Christopher Foyle directly to make a complaint since the defamatory and inaccurate post rather flies in the face of your letter to Tony Martin dated 11 May 2016 in which you stated that I am quite convinced that Brian Pead is the victim of a number of miscarriages of justice..." (following which I was unlawfully imprisoned for 28 days at Norwich.)

Not only is the posting a scurrilous attempt to further defame me, but it also militates against the notion of Justice for Mr Martin, whose convictions for Manslaughter and Wounding with Intent are being appealed on the back of the book's findings.

I have copied this email to the Prime Minister, the Minister for Justice, the Home Secretary, Jeremy Corbyn, Andy Burnham, Lord Kinnock, my law tutor at the University of Greenwich in 2010 and some journalists, together with some blind copied into the email.

May I remind you of the adage that "Justice Delayed is Justice Denied."

I still await the quashing of my four unlawful convictions which all occurred after the age of 56 and only after I had blown the whistle on child abuse in Lambeth Council, where I was unlawfully dismissed thereafter and those involved in my dismissal (Cathy Twist, Phyllis Dunipace OBE, Barry Gilhooly and Clare Cobbold) were all roundly castigated by Simon Hughes, MP for lying to an employment tribunal.

Re: OFFICIAL COMPLAINT AGAINST EASTERN DAILY PRESS  for perverting the course of public justice

It is my understanding that you have overall editorial control for the Eastern Daily Press.

I have, as I believe you are aware, been in contact with your Chris Bishop of the Fakenham office about my new book on Tony Martin entitled TONY MARTIN: THE TRUTH.

This book highlights demonstrable corruption and abuses of due process in the case of one of the most high profile people in Norfolk. I have written the book with the full co-operation of Mr Martin over a period of some three years. I have discussed some aspects of the case with Mr Bishop who led me to believe that he (and the EDP) had a genuine interest in reporting my findings to the readership of the EDP. However, it now feels like he was merely trawling for information (either for himself to write his own version of what I am calling a miscarriage of justice or on behalf of Norfolk Police. Before I approached Mr Bishop I had been made aware of his "close association" with some members of the Norfolk Constabulary.

Mr Bishop led me to believe that he and the EDP had a great interest in the story (and, of course, the EDP has a social responsibility to bring the truth to its readership.) We also discussed serialisation rights briefly.

However, Mr Bishop failed to respond to my calls (all logged) and so I drove over to his office in Fakenham. He told me that the EDP would not be printing a story because I am (his words) a "convicted sex offender". I asked him for details - he was unable to provide me with any. I asked him for the name of the alleged victim - he was unable to provide me with one. I asked him for a trial transcript and court documents that would prove such a scurrilous accusation and he failed to provide me with a single one.

This is because - for the avoidance of doubt - I am not a sex offender, nor have ever been. In its wisdom Scotland Yard created a bogus charge against me in order to try to cover up the child abuse I had exposed at Lambeth Council. (Since corroborated by retired Scotland Yard detective chief inspector Clive Driscoll.) I even sent Mr Bishop a copy of the Minutes of my meeting with Mr Driscoll of 09 March 2015 when the retired police officer confirmed that I had been "persecuted by Lambeth Council and by Scotland Yard" for my research. My book from Hillsborough to Lambeth is still unlawfully banned at the High Court.

The real problem facing the EDP now is that Mr Bishop is not only using false allegations against me, but he is using those allegations to try to prevent publication of the Appeal I am launching on Tony's behalf and with Tony's consent.   This is a case of perverting the course of public justice. The public throughout the country has the right to learn that it was manifestly lied to by agents of state - including, but not limited to Norfolk Constabulary - and yet the EDP is blocking this knowledge in an attempt to keep me unlawfully labelled as a "sex offender."

Perverting the course of justice is a serious crime. At present, I am going to give you the Right of Reply prior to my contacting the Home Office about Mr Bishop's scurrilous behaviour. In all of this, Mr Martin is the victim. However, so are the families of Brendan Fearon and Fred Barras.

I sent Mr Bishop several documents proving my innocence, including a letter dated 11 May 2016 from Sir Henry Bellingham MP to Mr Martin in which the MP told the farmer: "I am quite convinced that Brian Pead is the victim of a number of miscarriages of justices." (Actually it's four index offences and two other 'trials' based on those index offences.)

I was unlawfully arrested on 15 August 2016 at Gaywood Library. I was held in a police cell for 5 hours with no interview and no charges. My phone and laptop were stolen from me by the police and my working copy of my manuscript of the TONY MARTIN: THE TRUTH book was also taken from me. This is because the police wanted to read it in advance of publication and they will no doubt be creating yet another false narrative about (I) me and (ii) the Tony Martin case. At present, and until it is proved differently, I hold Mr Bishop and the EDP responsible for aiding and abetting the police in their unlawful actions against me.

I have, of course, copied this email to a number of interested parties. 

I look forward to your prompt response and I am willing to meet with you to manage a way forward. At present, I am minded to include these events in the book and will make this letter public should you fail to reply. 

I should point out that I am aware that Archant owns the Bexley Times which promulgated false information about me in 2009 and 2010 (and continues to do so online.)

AN OPEN LETTER TO THE POLICE AND CRIME COMMISSIONER OF NORFOLK

I have had no response to my Official Complaints against Norfolk Constabulary from Norfolk Constabulary. You will be aware that on 15 August 2016, I was arrested at Gaywood Library without, initially, being told why. I was held in a cell for 5 hours. No interview. No charge. Released by constables who thought it was funny to have me held captive against the Rule of Law. Little wonder that Tony Martin often refers to them as "filing cabinets."

My mobile phone, laptop and USB sticks were stolen from me. Thereon contained privileged material.

The Office of the PCC is to hold the Chief Constable to account. (I recognise that the vast majority of the gullible public believe that drivel, but, should you wish to prove me wrong in my assumption that you are, in effect, merely an extension of the Norfolk Constabulary and used to block or filter complainants, I would be delighted to be proved wrong. How do you do that?

Invite me to a meeting with Simon Bailey, in which he can hand over my material, including the stolen manuscript for my book on Tony Martin. So, do you condone the theft of such a manuscript and thereby pervert the course of public justice since the book is aimed at overturning Mr Martin's conviction for manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility? And also my invite my daughter and tell her that I am not a sex offender (as Mr Bailey's constables like to promulgate) because, you see, your friend, Sir Henry Bellingham, has already gone public by saying that I am the "victim of a number of miscarriages of justice." These miscarriages of Justice are - for the avoidance of doubt -

1) incitement of a 14 year old female who never existed;

2) the harassment of my daughter and elder granddaughter when they never made a complaint to the police, never made a witness statement and never appeared in court against me;

3) criminal damage to a car belonging to E.ON the energy company when nobody appeared in court against me and the entire UK Board of Directors failed to deliver up proof of (a) ownership of the vehicle said to have been damaged by me and (ii) proof of any damage whatsoever. No witnesses were called to court. I was not informed of a date for the Hearing

4) impersonating a barrister when I have never spoken on another's behalf, or donned a wig or gown

5) breaches of a non-existent Restraining Order as and when Scotland Yard and MI5 feel like disrupting my life in order to prevent wrong-doing against children perpetrated by Lambeth Council officials (and others) being brought to light. (You will have been made aware of my banned book from Hillsborough to Lambeth and no doubt you will be aware of the fact that in July 2013 Lambeth Council tried to obtain a permanent gagging order against me.)

I bring to your attention the wise words of Lord Denning, who said : ‘No Court in this land will allow a person to keep an advantage he has obtained by fraud. No judgment of a court, no order of a Minister, can be allowed to stand if it has been obtained by fraud. Fraud unravels everything."

All of the convictions against me (brought after I had attained the age of 56 without even a warning against me) were obtained by Fraud. I bring this to your attention Mr Green, because it is your duty as PCC of Norfolk to pass this on to Norfolk Constabulary and it is Mr Bailey's duty to record and investigate the crimes perpetrated against me.

I advise you to take note that Lord Denning stated that no Minister should obtain an outcome through the use of Fraud. (Obviously I am aware that words on a page or in a courtroom do not necessarily mean that Fraudulent behavior isn't carried out by judges because I have seen it for myself: Judges Loraine-Smith, Byers, Madge to name a few of those in my cases.)

It would seem that the Chief Constable and the MP (the title of my next book exposing corruption and ineptitude within Norfolk Constabulary) are diametrically opposed to one another. I would go to the press about it, but they are clearly in the pocket of parliamentarians. Chris Bishop of the Eastern Daily Press was very interested in what I had told him about the real Tony Martin story until he "discovered" that I am "a sex offender". Now, no journalist in his right mind (if he was working free and clear of any external pressure) would give one jot where the information came from that Tony Martin is an innocent man. I have since provided Mr Bishop with evidence of my innocence, but he has failed to respond to me. Which can only mean that he's been "got at" somewhere along the line. Well, my view on that is that he will have it on his conscience that he is aiding and abetting Justice being achieved by Tony Martin, whose Appeal I am working on. Perhaps, on the other hand, like so many I encounter, Mr Bishop has no conscience.) Only idiots believe that there is a free press in this country. My Article 10 Rights under the ECHR are being breached in this illegal seizure of legally privileged material. Not only are you delaying Justice for me, but also for Tony Martin and you are clearly aiding and abetting such perversion of the course of Justice by your failure to act to correct the torts caused against me, my family and Mr Martin.

A diplomat you may be, a tiger with teeth, you appear not to be.

I look forward to your considered response. But please do not insult my intelligence in your response by claiming you didn't know I would be arrested after calling for a vote of No Confidence in Mr Bailey for failing to report child abuse I had brought to his attention through my book from Hillsborough to Lambeth, or, indeed, child abuse Tony Martin informed officers under Mr Bailey's control.

It is evident, given the legal status of the material stolen from me, that your first role is to ensure it is returned to me forthwith. A failure to ensure this occurs places you directly in a position of being complicit in such unlawful activities by the Constabulary.

All of the above are issues which any self-respecting PCC would "get his teeth into". You see, the longer the list grows of people in positions of power abusing that power and imprisoning/arresting/defaming me, the longer the list grows of people who must be aiding and abetting child abuse or even taking part in it themselves.

I reserve all of my Rights against Norfolk Constabulary and the Norfolk PCC and assert my Rights under the Official Complaint I made to HM Government under Article 3 of the ECHR on 31 December 2013.

Dear Prime Minister:

Re my arrest on 15/08/ 2016 on the day my Application to Revoke a bogus Restraining Order was due to be heard at Bexley Magistrates’. The RO was issued on 01/11/2011 in error (corroborated by my MP, Sir Henry Bellingham) because no family member ever made a complaint to the police, a witness statement or appeared in court against me.

Since my MP has failed to address the situation after 3 years, I ask that you become personally involved. On 31/12/2013 I issued an Official Complaint under Article 3 of the ECHR which Mr Cameron’s government failed to address. I hope that you ensure that my family learns the Truth about my four unlawful convictions, including one against a 14yrold female who never existed.

You were most vociferous about Hillsborough – perhaps you can ensure that my beloved family learns the Truth that I was persecuted by Scotland Yard after blowing the whistle on child abuse in Lambeth.

Brian Pead arrested - police seize Tony Martin manuscript


Yesterday, at 3pm Brian Pead was arrested outside Gaywood Library near King's Lynn in Norfolk. They gave the reason as a "breach of a restraining order" - there is no order: it is a bogus document the State uses periodically against Brian to prevent him from exposing child abuse in Lambeth and to occasionally imprison him when it suits them.


Brian spent 5 hours in police custody. No charge. Not even an interview.


But the REAL reason for his arrest was apparent when they seized his mobile phone, laptop, USB sticks and his manuscript for TONY MARTIN: THE TRUTH.


Following on from the gagging order imposed on Brian by the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse, Brian has uncovered corruption at EVERY level of the Tony Martin case and it's clear that the authorities do not want the book to see the light of day.


Brian will provide a new mobile phone number in due course. In the meantime, you are advised to contact your MP and demand justice for both Brian Pead and Tony Martin (and Brian's family who know nothing of the State's appalling treatment of him.)

Today Brian Pead received an email from his MP, Sir Henry Bellingham, with a letter to the MP from Michael Mansfield, QC attached.
As expected, Mr Mansfield was “too busy to assist.”
This is lawyer-speak for “Oh dear, there’s so much corruption in his 4 miscarriages of justice, where do we start?”
And, of course, it is obvious that “the authorities” continue to want to delay Justice for an innocent whistle-blower.
This website contacted Brian Pead who said, “I fully expected a refusal to assist from Michael Mansfield. My MP claimed that he had written to the QC months ago without reply and yet, when I walk into Mr Mansfield’s office and hand deliver an Information Memorandum outlining catastrophic corruption on an industrial scale against me and my family, the QC finds the time to write a letter.
I can predict “the authorities” next three moves. Wait for a further injustice later this month.”

Today, at the Royal Courts of Justice in the Strand, London, Brian Pead was provided with the opportunity to make an oral application for Core Participant Status (https://www.iicsa.org.uk/news/applications-for-core-participant-status) to Judge Lowell Goddard of the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA).

Judge Goddard was flanked by the four other members of the Inquiry team. The Chair is assisted by a Panel of four members: Prof. Sir Malcolm Evans KCMG OBE; Ivor Frank; Prof. Alexis Jay OBE; and Drusilla Sharpling CBE. Each is an expert in his or her field and has experience in challenging institutions, and managing, analysing and evaluating complex evidence.


Brian’s speech – a full transcript will be published tomorrow following the Court’s decision to redact parts of it – lasted for approximately 15 minutes and although he gave an impassioned plea for core participant status, it is believed that he will be unsuccessful because of his banned book from Hillsborough to Lambeth, his experiences at Lambeth as a Head teacher and his experiences of child abuse at a children’s home associated with Lambeth in Harpenden, Hertfordshire. It’s all a little too much for the Inquiry.


Brian also offered his services to sit on a panel drawing up realistic safeguards for whistle-blowers. He has previously made the same offer to Sarah Champion at the Labour Party.


Brian said after the hearing: “I was delighted to be given the opportunity to speak to the Inquiry ten years after my persecution began following whistle-blowing in Lambeth Council. I was also pleased that Ben Emmerson (counsel to the Inquiry) commented on the fact that Lambeth Council had – at the time I was there – a culture of persecuting whistle-blowers rather than investigating the abuse I, and others, exposed.”


Ben Emmerson QC is an international lawyer, specialising in European human rights law, public international law and international criminal law. He was a founder member of Matrix Chambers and has 25 years’ experience litigating before international courts and tribunals including the International Court of Justice, the European Court of Human Rights, and the European Court of Justice.


In his career as a barrister Emmerson specialises in cases involving human rights, international humanitarian law, criminal law, and public law. He has been described as “one of the ten best silks in the country” and “a leading presence in the field of human rights” (Chambers & Partners Directory).
He has conducted more than 30 cases as an advocate appearing before the European Court of Human Rights, acting both for and against the government of the United Kingdom and other Council of Europe Member States.


Brian Pead added: “With his enormous experience in human rights law, Mr Emmerson would be an ideal candidate to assist me with my Official Complaint against HM Government initiated by me on 31 December 2013 and still not dealt with by government.”

According to the Government website about whistleblowing, this is what whistleblowers can expect (see below). Now compare that to the reality faced by Brian Pead and his family in a Home Office orchestrated campaign of persecution against an innocent man exposing child abuse, racism and bullying at Lambeth Council.

Whistleblowing for employees

1. What is a whistleblower?

You’re a whistleblower if you’re a worker and you report certain types of wrongdoing. This will usually be something you’ve seen at work – though not always.

The wrongdoing you disclose must be in the public interest. This means it must affect others, eg the general public.

As a whistleblower you’re protected by law – you shouldn’t be treated unfairly or lose your job because you ‘blow the whistle’.

You can raise your concern at any time about an incident that happened in the past, is happening now, or you believe will happen in the near future.

Who is protected by law

You’re protected if you’re a worker, eg you’re:
- an employee, such as a police officer, NHS employee, office worker, factory worker
- a trainee, such as a student nurse
- an agency worker
- a member of a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

Brian Pead was an employee of Lambeth Council and of Off Centre counselling in Hackney.Both organisations had immediate connections with the Mettropolitan Police and both organisations mysteriously dismissed Brian after he exposed child abuse in Lambeth, since corroborated by DCI Clive Driscoll

Complaints that count as whistleblowing
You’re protected by law if you report any of the following:
- a criminal offence, eg fraud
- someone’s health and safety is in danger
- risk or actual damage to the environment
- a miscarriage of justice
- the company is breaking the law, eg doesn’t have the right insurance
- you believe someone is covering up wrongdoing

Brian Pead was NOT protected in law when he exposed criminal offences at Lambeth; risks to children; miscarriages of justice; cover-up of wrongdoing.

What your employer or a prescribed person will do

Your employer or the prescribed person will listen to your concern and decide if any action is needed. You may be asked for further information. - this simply didn’t happen in Brian’s case at Lambeth and at Off Centre.

You must say straight away if you don’t want anyone else to know it was you who raised the concern. - Brian was happy for people to know that he had raised concerns.

You won’t have a say in how your concern is dealt with. - Brian did have a say, but nothing was done. Eventually Lambeth Council created allegations against him and dismissed him unlawfully.

Your employer or the prescribed person can keep you informed about the action they’ve taken, but they can’t give you much detail if they have to keep the confidence of other people. Lambeth Council officials covered up Brian’s information and suspended him for 7 months while ransacking his office, moving people on and re-employing a known child abuser.

A prescribed person can’t help you with your relationship with your employer. -Brian never met a prescribed person.

Innocent man threatened with prison

Such is the level of corruption in the UK, that Brian Pead received the following text message from Probation:

"...As we have been unable to assess the suitability of your address in accordance with your licence conditions, the National Probation Services now instructs to report to the Probation Approved Premises at 5 Wesleyan Road, Peterborough, by 1pm tomorrow, Friday 3rd June 2016. Failure to comply with this instruction will lead to enforcement action will be considered which may include your recall to Prison..."

Putting aside the appalling lack of grammar in that text and putting aside the punitive language used (clearly Ms Mahoney has considerable issues around her need to control) note that this message arrived on Brian's phone only <strong>after</strong> Brian had called probation - someone calling herself Philippa Mahoney - and informed her that she was harassing him as he had committed no crime. He also informed her that he would perform a citizen's arrest on her if she arrived at 4pm to inspect Spire View, Cotts Lane, Tilney All Saints on the grounds that she was a public servant (she can't deny that working for the Probation Service) and that she had been put in possession of the fact of Brian Pead's innocence and a letter confirming the same from MP Sir Henry Bellingham. Therefore, she has a statutory - as well as a moral - duty to report these facts to her Line Manager and call for an inquiry. In failing to act honourably, she is guilty of misconduct in public office, as well as perverting the course of public justice.

Brian resides on land owned by Robert and Violet Ecclestone, two law-abiding citizens and neither of whom has a criminal record. Robert is 64, his mother is 93. No children visit the address but even if they did, they are under no threat from Brian (but probably under a good deal of threat from police officers and others who have predilections towards children). For a decade now, the State has attempted to label Brian as a sexual offender, but that false narrative was created merely to deflect attention away from the wrong-doing of Lambeth councillors and others - see www.LambethChildAbuse.org . See also Brian's book <em>Framed!</em>, in which he highlights abuses of process on an industrial scale in his corrupt trial at Southwark Crown Court in 2009. Brian still has a book banned at the High Court - <em>from Hillsborough to Lambeth</em> - and <strong>two</strong> gagging orders against him. He has been made homeless by the authorities and his local council have failed to find accommodation for him. 

Furthermore, both the Probation Service and Norfolk Constabulary have failed to provide Brian or the Ecclestones with any documentation supporting the reasons for a visit or evidence of Brian’s convictions.

For the record, Brian was at the property from 2pm until 5.30pm and the said Ms Mahoney failed to appear. So, she threatened Brian Pead with a recall to prison via a text message sent at 3:02pm in the full knowledge that she was not going to attend at the pre-arranged time of 4pm.

Brian Pead used the time wisely by meeting with Norfolk farmer Tony Martin to discuss their new book, in which Brian has unearthed a good deal of new evidence which shows that the farmer ought never have been sent to trial for murder or any other offence save for possession of a shotgun without a certificate in place.   

Yesterday, two police officers threatened Brian Pead with a recall to prison. He provided one of them (the only one who actually showed a Warrant card) with a letter from MP Sir Henry Bellingham in which the MP stated that "...I am quite convinced that you are the victim of a number of miscarriages of justice..."

On what grounds, you might be asking, did the police threaten a recall? Because, they said, Brian refused to allow a home visit. Since he resides at Spire View in Tilney All Saints but does not have a key, he was unable to let them into the property without the owner's permission and also because he does not have a key. The owner was away from the property. He had written to the Probation Service stating that he would co-operate with a home visit on the condition that the police and probation provided certain documentation proving that Brian Pead is a criminal. Both agencies of State failed to provide ANY documentation, thus potentially putting the elderly Violet Ecclestone (aged 93) and her son (aged 64) at risk of harm. At no time during their 15-minute visit to Spire View did either police officer or probation officer bother to even call the Ecclestones. Later that evening, Robert Ecclestone called Probation and informed them that Brian Pead does not have a key and that he only resides at the property overnight.

There are also concerns regarding the delpoyment of officers. Chief Constable Simon Bailey often uses the media to complain about budget cuts and the lack of personnel at his disposal, yet two officers were in attendance yesterday. Why? There are no possible grounds on which Mr Bailey can justify such a reckless attitude to the careful deployment of personnel at his disposal. The Ecclestones are calling for a vote of no confidence in the Chief Constable. Brian Pead has been stopped on no less than four occasions in the past 8 weeks. Furthermore, Brian provided Simon Bailey with a copy of his book from Hillsborough to Lambeth which exposed child abuse in Lambeth Council and the Chief Constable failed to act, despite being the national police lead for child abuse.

Brian also provided a copy of his book Framed! which highlighted police corruption at Southwark Crown Court in 2009 and again the Chief Constable failed to act, no doubt attempting to cover for his corrupt colleagues.(It should be noted that our use of the word 'corrupt' falls in line with that used by Professor Phil Scraton of the University of Belfast in relation to the Hillsborough disaster. It is not a word this website bandies about recklessly. It is a word used with due consideration at all times.)

Furthermore, Brian Pead informed the Chief Constable that he and a brother had been the victims of child abuse at the National Children's Home in Harpenden, Hertfordshire between 1955 and 1960. DC Gill Lacey claimed that she would be dealing with this issue, but when she met Brian at Spire View yesterday she failed to even mention the matter. Such is the lack of quality policing these days - punish a whistle-blower, protect our corrupt colleagues and partners.

I am well aware that MPs are not – officially, at least – able to intervene in legal matters and this was not the reason I asked for a meeting. When Sir Henry Bellingham was my MP, he became involved and used the Early Day Motion process to support my Appeal. This naturally gave him a lot of positive publicity.

To be clear, I want to meet with Elizabeth – with my ghost-writer in attendance [some of his work can be found at www.LambethChildAbuse.org], to bring to her attention the new grounds of Appeal – much the same as various constituents did with their MPs in the case of Hillsborough. It would be helpful to have Elizabeth’s full support in these matters. I am aware that her language would be somewhat neutral as she needs to protect her image as an MP, but I really do believe that she ought to meet to hear the grounds of appeal before them being released in the national press. And, as previously stated, there are numerous possible photo opportunities which can only assist Elizabeth in the continuing development of her role as an MP.

I know Mr Pead personally. He is writing my autobiography for me about the State's persecution of me after I fired a gun in my house in which a young burglar was killed (20 August 1999). At my behest, Mr Pead has been investigating my case and uncovered a great deal of corruption in it. I know what it is like to be persecuted, but this poor man and his innocent family have suffered far more than me. 
I believe in Mr Pead's ability to conduct bona fide research and I am aware that he wrote the complete history of Liverpool Football Club from 1892. I have read the book From Hillsborough to Lambeth which shows that he was unlawfully dismissed by corrupt officials. I have also read the book FRAMED! about the case at Southwark in 2009 (brought about only AFTER Mr Pead reported child abuse to Lambeth Council - who promptly covered it up as in Hillsborough) and the book 10Prisons12Weeks when he was ghosted to 10 different prisons in just 12 weeks as Lambeth Council sought to silence him. 
I have seen documents that prove beyond all reasonable doubt that he has been set up by Lambeth Council, who sought to defame him just as the police sought to defame those at Hillsborough. 
Now we come to my point: I note that Lambeth Council's response to several posts on the WhatDoTheyKnow website are "long overdue". There can only be one reason for this: Lambeth Council has no intention of responding to them because they know that Mr Pead is completely right in what he exposed - hence the Council banning his book and putting him in prison on FOUR separate occasions in order to silence him. 
1. How much did it cost the Lambeth taxpayer to take Mr Pead to Court in July 2013 and apply for a permanent gagging order? 
2. How much did it cost the Lambeth taxpayer to apply for committal proceedings at the High Court in July 2013? 
3. How much did it cost the Lambeth taxpayer at the Employment Tribunal in 2008? 
4. Why did Lambeth Council reinstate a female teacher who had been dismissed for child grooming, racism and bullying in an all-girls' school (and then suspend an innocent and successful Head Teacher)? 
5. I understand that Cathy Twist - clearly a person of dubious character considering she presided over the unlawful dismissal of TWO Head Teachers (perhaps even more) - is still employed by Lambeth Council. Please confirm. 
6. How much did Lambeth Council pay Mary White to engineer the dismissal of Brian Pead in 2007? 
7. How long did Maryn Murray remain employed at Norwood School for Girls? 
8. Who was the Chief Executive Director(s) of Lambeth in the period 2005-present? 
9. Why did Lambeth Council NOT report child grooming and other abusive behaviour broguth to its attention by Brian Pead to the Police in 2006? 
10. Is Beverley Williams still scared to talk about what she described as "appalling treatment of Brian Pead"? 
11. Brian Pead and Michael Bird wrote to the Prime Minister in 2012 applying for the OBE to be stripped from Phyllis Dunipace for approving of the unlawful dismissal of Brian Pead and James Walker - what is the current status of her OBE? 
12. Members of the Shirley Oaks Survivors Association have personally thanked Brian Pead for his work in helping to expose child abuse at Lambeth - is the Council aware of this organisation? 
13. Retired counsellor Anna Tapsell attempted on many occasions to bring child abuse to the attention of Lambeth Counsellors - why was no action taken? 
14. Brian informs me that Lambeth Council are interfering with his pension and that the Teachers' Pension Authority spuriously claims that Brian owes THEM the sum of £25,000 - strangely this occurred after he reported child abuse. Please provide me with copies of ALL communications between Lambeth Council and the TPA - and before you try to avoid that request through your usual "legal engineering", I have a signed Form of Authority from Brian Pead giving me permission to acquire such information on his behalf. 
15. When did Barry Gilhooly leave the employ of Lambeth Council? 
16. When did Derek Langan leave the employ of Lambeth Council? 
17. Is it true that Colin Hill of the Open Learning Centre for Vocational Studies had had numerous allegations against him of a sexual nature against Lambeth children? 
18. From documents in Brian's possession, it is clear that Annabel Field - a former teacher at the Pupil Referral Unit - had written to Cathy Twist and stated that her witness statement had been altered in an attempt to dismiss Brian - please confirm or deny. 
19. Brian's MP - Sir Henry Bellingham (also my own MP) - has now stated on the public record that Brian was NEVER guilty of a sexual offence or of the alleged harassment of his family members and that he should never have been sent to jail. Why did Cathy Twist mysteriously drop the spurious claim that Brian Pead had been masturbated in a theatre? 
20. Can you confirm or deny that, should Brian Pead be unlawfully arrested and illegally imprisoned AGAIN for his work against Lambeth Council and in seeking Justice and Truth for the many abused children (and adults) in Lambeth, that his illegal incarceration will have nothing to do with Lambeth or its corrupt councillors?

I note from a search on this website that you have a propensity not to answer bona fide requests if the subject matter offends you. I do hope that you adopt a different approach because it has been widely reported at the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA) that Lambeth Council is going to be "transparent and cooperative". I await your response with great interest to see whether it is, indeed, transparent and whether the Council has been "cooperative" or whether it will simply use further excuses in its shameful denial of reality. I regard ANYONE who covers up child abuse to be guilty of child abuse themselves.

Furthermore, when Brian Pead met with Sir Henry Bellingham on 15 April 2016, the MP stated that "there was clearly some murky stuff occurring at Lambeth". This comment is recorded in the Minutes of that meeting - a copy of which I have in my possession.
